Refund/Exchange Policy

Expressions Floral & Gift Shoppe stands behind our product and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We aim to give you friendly, worry free service. If you are not 100% satisfied with an arrangement, we are here to help you! Please call us promptly with any questions or concerns. We will exchange the product for another or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.

If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should call us promptly. In almost every case, we will gladly exchange the arrangement for a new one. To request a replacement, we must be contacted within 24 hours of the delivery. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.

Please keep in mind flowers, plants, and fruit are perishable items. Proper care and handling is necessary especially in our climate where it can be very cold or very warm! Once the product leaves our shoppe or is delivered, conditions out of our control such as overheating, freezing, broken stems from careless handling, not watering or not changing water daily will void our refund/exchange policy.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, flower substitutions may be necessary to create an arrangement, due to availability of type or color flower or container. We will make every effort to maintain the look and color scheme of the arrangement ordered. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value.
